12/6/19  As my good friend Capt Woo Woo Harker used to say,  it was slick ass calm!  A beautiful day on the Crystal Coast.  Joey and his team came looking for BFT and left with a nice recreational one in their coolers!  You want to talk about a cool back drop.  Imagin a slick calm ocean, Cape Lookout in the background catching Bluefin just off the beach.  Giant Bluefin Tuna are showing up and now is the time if you have ever wanted the opportunity to fight a giant! 

Offshore,  Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna and plenty of Triggers!  Bill Collector is available for both BFT and offshore through mid January.

11/30 and past few days:  Late October we had a good stretch of weather.  A mix of  Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Sails and bottom fish.  We also had several nice NC Citation Wahoo and Kings this past month.  Going into early November we had to cancel several trips due weather, however the days we got out we had outstanding mixed bag fishing!  The last couple days out we hit the Triggers hard and they were snapping like they do in the Fall.  Mixed bag with box full Triggers B- Liners Blackfin and Wahoo!

December fishing:  Bill Collector will run offshore(Gulfstream trips) through December!   Also we are available for Giant Bluefin Tuna fishing now through early January.  Bluefin Tuna started showing up a couple of weeks ago and are here now!  If you have ever wanted the opportunity to angle one of these giants, this is the time.

10/26/19 and past few days:  We have been seeing nice class of Wahoo this month, with several NC Citations written for fish over 40 pounds!  Sails have made a good showing and also some late season Dolphin.  Our Fall Blackfins are just starting to show up and there have been some jumbos.  On the bottom, plenty of nice triggers and B-liners.  Inshore there has been plenty of King Mackerel!
Bill Collector will be running Gulfstream trips through December.  Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna and good Wahoo action into the winter!

10/9 and past few days:  Strong NE winds have forced to cancel several trip this past week.  We were able to make a couple of inshore days despite the wind.  Just before this blow we were seeing nice Wahoos, some Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna.  Winds will give us a break by Saturday and Bill Collector will be back chasing Wahoo and Tuna!

9/17 and past few days:   Just before Hurricane Dorian we were enjoying a steady Wahoo bite with a few Sails, Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna.  Bill Collector was hauled and made storm ready for passage of Dorian.  Dorian quickly passed and were right back out fishing by Sunday.  Despite lots of screwed up water offshore left by Dorian, the big Wahoo were snapping.  Bill Collector has written several NC Citation for Wahoo over 40 plus pounds in the last few days.  We have again been tied to the dock the last couple of days due to a large cold front with hard NE wind and swell from Humberto( Hurricane) way to our east.  It is bad not to be fishing last couple of days, but at least this front has steered Humberto away from our coast.  Bill Collector will be back offshore this Friday, we hope to have good reports!
