10/26 and past few days: Friday we had Mr. Hester and his 7 yr old grandson out. We were supposed to be chasing Wahoo offshore, but the weather did not allow it. We changed up to a 1/2 day inshore and this young angler had a blast catching Spanish, Blues and some fat Alberts! Thursday saw great Wahoo action with our limit of 12 for our small group and 2 nice Kings by 11 AM. 497 LB total weight. Two NC citations, 69 and 47 LB. Plenty of bites! Wednesday we had to stay up inshore again due to hard NW winds. We found our group some nice Kingfish action. On the 23rd, good Wahoo fishing with a couple more big Citation Wahoo. 22nd was a inshore day for Mr. Cooper and all his longtime college buddies, who all celebrated turning 6o years. We had a good day of king fishing and good memories. We had a couple more weather days last weekend, last Friday saw some good Dolphin action . Wahoo and a mix of darn good Trigger fishing couple days also.
The Wahoo bite the last two trips offshore has been outstanding with several NC Citations for the small fleet that has been fishing. Blackfin and Sails are making a good showing . Bill Collector has prime dates available in November and the Wahoo and Tuna action will stay good. Round up a crew and give us a call!
