5/21,22 and 27   Back out with Frog and Wild Man after a big Marlin bite day before.  Wildman fought a nice Blue for 40 min before pulling hook,  we saw another really nice one an hour latter and missed another.  Monday we found some nice gaffers for Hatley crew!  Mother Nature got us Tuesday through Friday again.  Bill Collector back out today along with most of the charter fleet and the Swansboro Memorial Day Tourney boats.  Fishing was slow for most of the charter fleet, not much meat put on dock today, however we had a heck of a blow and tomorrow will be a different day!  There were five Blue Marlin caught by the tournament boats,  With Inspiration with two BM toady!  Hopefully a better meat report for tomorrow!

5/20 We had Bo and his gang back out! We were 1/2 on Blue Marlin and saw another nice one.  Gaffer Dolphin in the box.

5/18-19  Good Gaffer fishing yesterday with a 47 LB and a 44LB Dolphin!  Good Dolphin fishing today with a nice Blue Marlin release.

5/13  Double header Blue Marlin today,  good Marlin action with Bill Collector two Blue Marlin, Capt. Mark Chambers Blue Marlin and a Sail, Sensation with Capt John Jenkins two for four on Blues. We scraped a few Dolphin today, some of the fleet got em good and some of us, Marlins made the day!  The past couple of days we had Team Vandersea out, first day we caught a nice mess of Gaffer Dolphin, yesterday we mixed it up with a few Dolphin and good catch of Triggers and BLiners.

5/9 and 5/8  Weather finally calmed and a mixed up ocean yielded some scrappy fishing yesterday.  We scraped out three nice Blackfin and some gaffers.   What a difference a day makes, good weather and fishing today!  Plenty of Gaffer Dolphin!  We had  a Blue Marlin encounter, but he gave us the bill.  Dancin Outlaw also had a nice catch of Dolphin and a Blue Marlin release, Sensation with a nice catch of Dolphin also.

5/7 Mother Nature not being kind at all this past weekend.   Its all part of it, some years weather great and other you just take what is given.  Today we sat to the dock again, but calm seas are forecast for tomorrow and weather looks good this week!  Bill collector back out tomorrow, hopeful to have a good fishing report.

5/3  Good weather today with good Gaffer Dolphin fishing, also a few Marlin encounters. 
Bill Collector saw a Blue and White today and did not connect, there were several other fish seen for the small fleet.  Capt. Cameron ( Marlin Fever) caught Two Blues and a White, Goombay with a nice Blue, Carterican with a Blue and several other fish seen.  Mother Nature once again shuts us down for the next couple of days, hopefully we will be back out shortly.
