7/27-30  We have still been plagued with damn SE wind and hot water, but the fleet has made the most of it.  Monday we had Fred and gang out, We scraped out a nice Yellowfin Tuna and a couple of Wahoo.  Tuesday was Blue Marlin or bust for our charter, we spent all day in deep, but the Blue Marlin did not participate. Yesterday we found they Wahoo more agreeable and ended the day with eight nice Wahoo, three Blackfin Tuna and our young Anglers first Sail. Today was a beautiful AM by Cape Lookout for a 1/2 day of Spanish fishing..Back out Tomorrow!   Fall Date available for our best Wahoo action of the year!  give us a call!

7/21-26    Sorry for the reports being backed up the past week, days have run together.  Here we go, Our good friend Koni and friends were out with us last Tuesday, finishing was scrappy with high winds.  We managed a Sail, some Dolphin, three Blackfin and a Wahoo  Wed we had out the Lewis family and great weather and fishing, a Sail, nice catch of Wahoo and couple of gaffer Dolphin!  This past weekend was Du Tournament a great event, I would encourage any waterfowler or sportsmen to participate in it.  The tournament has had outstanding fishing in past years, this year was plagued rough weather and slow action.  Congratulations to the Coverage and all this years winners!  Bill Collector had our good friends Pullmans Landscaping out today, despite choppy conditions we has four nice Wahoo and a Sail for Geraldo!  Back out tomorrow.  Prime dates for Wahoo action open this Fall

7/20  We had Ernie, Frog and gang out yesterday for Bailer Dolphin and a 48 LB Wahoo!  Today we had a Blair and family out for a family get together.  Dolphin fishing was slower for the fleet, but we managed three nice Wahoo, a big Yellowfin Tuna and a Sail!  Fun had by all!

Back out Monday after returning from Hatteras.  We had the Maccorkle family out for a 1/2 day of Spanish fishing.  A beautiful morning, calm and cool for the kids first fishing adventure.  A good mess of Spanish, fun had by all!  Choppy weather forced us to cancel the last two days, we are back out Friday for the annual Barta Boys and Girls Billfish Tournament!  We are open this Thursday forecast looks good!

7/9-11  Bill Collector was in Hatteras for the annual Hatteras Grand Slam Tournament.  We had our good friend Willie Miller and family fishing the event.  Marlin action for Bill Collector was slow, but there was some good action! Bill Collector did land a nice Citation 48 LB Wahoo and some Dolphin during our stay.  Congrats to the Qualifier on their winning the event.  This is a great tournament and I would encourage folks to fish next years event.....Back home while we were gone:  Dancin Outlaw along with the rest of the fleet continued having good Dolphin action, Wahoo and a few more Yellowfin Tuna hit the dock.

7/7  Sunday was the first day the fleet fished since the SW blow.  There was a mix of Wahoo and Dolphin for the charter fleet.  Yesterday a good mixed bag for most of the fleet.  Bill Collector fished way to the north, good water conditions, but slow action for us.  What a difference a day makes!  Today Bill Collector returned home with box full of nice Yellowfin Tuna!.. Hatteras Grand Slam starts this week, wish us and our great charter Willie Miller luck!  Prime dates available!  www.billcollectorcharters.com

7/1 Good showing of Wahoo this past Wednesday!  Our day ended with six nice ones, had several other bites.  A catch of Dolphin also.  Hard SW wind have kept us to the dock the past three days, but forecast from Sunday through the week looks great.  Hopefully will be back out Sunday.
