4/26, 4/25 SE wind had the troll bite shut down yesterday, but we still managed to catch some meat. Our day ended with a good catch of Triggers and couple of Dolphin and Wahoo! Choppy NW this am falling out to calm pm. The small fleet fishing saw a mix of Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin, Dolphin and Wahoo. We ended our day with three Wahoo ( one citation 54LB) one Yellowfin, six Blackfin and five Dolphin. Back out tomorrow, forecast looks great!

4/19 HAPPY EASTER! Strong NE wind and the passages of a costal low has kept the fleet to the dock. Looks like Mother Nature will finally loosen her grip by late Monday. Hopefully nice Spring weather awaits. Bill Collector did sneak out on a afternoon 1/2 day cruise and fishing charter Thursday. This great family wanted to see Cape Lookout, Shackleford Ponies and the Beaufort Waterfront form a boat and we were glad to take them. Bill Collector showed them the beautiful Crystal Coast and also attempted a little fishing, obviously the fishing a little slow, but we weren't Skunked. Fun had by all these Spring Breakers! Hopefully we will be back fishing by Tuesday and will have a offshore report. We still have April 30th available and several prime dates for Summer!

4/11 Report: Yesterday was the calmest, prettiest day all Spring! Unfortunately Bill Collector was not booked. We spent the great weather rigging up tournament tackle for this season. Our dock partner Sensation did sail and returned with a box of nice Wahoo! Bill Collector mate Nathan, joined our good friend Mr Floars for a day of Gulfstream fishing. Nathan reported a box full of big Wahoo, he said several over 40 LB, a few Dolphin and Blackfin. There were also a few Yellowfin and Blackfin reported by a couple of private boats fishing.......After a stretch of cancelations due to bad weather, Bill Collector will fish this weekend, forecast is great THANK GOD! Open Monday through Thursday next week. Forecast shows Monday being beautiful! Time to round up a crew and fill up that freezer! At this time the last two days in April are available and two dates open in May (13,21)...June is booking up, but we just had a four day cancelation, so there are great dates available! FOR ALL AVAILABILITY CHECK OUT THE ONLINE BOOKING AT www.billcollectorcharters.com or give me a call, e-mail anytime. 252-247-5617... info@billcollectorcharters.com

4/7 March is gone and Spring is here, but March winds seem not to want to fall out. Bill Collector made last Thursday, one of the four days in a row we had booked. Forecast was marginal, but we had a salty crew,20 to 25 all am, finally fell out to 15 to 20 knts after lunch. We scraped out a decent catch of meat despite the weather, mix of Wahoo, Blacfin and AJs..High winds force us to cancel Friday through Sunday. Bill Collector and Dancin Outlaw were able to make our sunset cruise Saturday evening. Wine, Cheese, cold beverages and a great Carteret County sunset! Fun had by all!
(Yep that's right sunset cruises, we do it all.) We are open all week, back out Saturday! Forecast Thursday and Friday look great, come go fishing! 252-247-5617
