3/25  Yesterday we were able to get out between fronts.  NE 20 in AM subsided to 10 to 15knts by mid morning then came SE.  We had a salty and hardy crew, weather was not great, but plenty fishable. We made our day around the Big Rock, scraping a catch of meat.  Four Wahoo, three Blackfin, AJS and a Dolphin.  The Peggy ( Capt Mike Guthrie) fish yesterday as well and reported some Wahoo and Dolphin.  We had several Wahoo bites right out of the gate, but when the wind switched SE the fishing slowed.  Despite the conditions our charter left with coolers full!  We have postponed our trip for today.  Winds back to Gale the next 48 hours.  The extended  forecast looks good after this frontal passage, Bill Collector is available next week!
